Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To process a replacement, we require clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, we will promptly ship a replacement at no additional cost.
